I have a question about this topic. Are certain exons eliminataed in
splice variants (i.e. not translated into the final product), or can the
sequence of exons be changed?
So for example, say a receptor has 4 exons (1-2-3-4):
Would 1-2-4 be a possible splice variant, or could the exons be arranged
as 1-3-2-4?
Thank you.
