Facial Tears, Muscle Softening and Holes ?

hello, 
this sounds llike something that could be controlled by an affective
state, perhaps?  Like something that would get the person experiencing
these symtoms to stop being so aware of comportment, expression, the
proportion.  
For example, some people speak through their 'throats' -not literallly-
but affectively its where their attention is.  Of course for speaking
audibly and clearly one attention should be inthe mouth.
Similarly, one can feel ones attention or emotional state on ones skin,
particularly at the cluster of sense organs.
youre right, this is a tough one, i hope im not on the wrong track
