Humans use 10% of brain... true?

The idea that 90% of the human brain goes unused is simply nonsense. The 10%
claim has some validity only when interpreted something like this: People only
use about 10% of their intellectual and artistic potential. If we studied all
the time, we would all be a lot smarter. If we practiced music and sports
frequently, we'd all get a lot better at those; etc.
