that is, =in= the recuperation 'time'. =before= head-injured individuals are
allowed to resume 'normal' functionality.
it would also be appropriate to explore and evaluate the use of contemporary
treatments that are customarily reserved for stroke victims, with an eye to
appropriately-restrained application with respect to routine head trauma.
