Perhaps it is "well known", but it is false.  For one thing,
intelligence and IQ, which you seem to be referring to,
are not the same -- actual intelligence, the capacity to
behave intelligently, depends on knowledge.  And even IQ is,
contrary to myth, highly modifiable through training.
