26 year old with brain calcification help!!

On MRI scan, calcification is shown as low signal intensity and there were
some report of low signal intensities in Wilson disease. Most of all her
clinical findings and age is very suggestive.
If there were real calcification, listed disease can cause that.
Common
idiopathic (no endocrine abnormality)
Fahr disease (familial cerebrovascular ferrocalcinosis)
postinflammatory (tuberculosis, toxoplasmosis, cysticercosis, congenical
HIV)
Uncommon
Congenital (tuberous sclerosis, Down syndrome, MELAS/MERRF, Cockayne
syndrome, neurofibromatosis, methemoglobinopathy)
Post-anoxic/toxic (CO poisoning, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, lead
intoxication)
