Prevent? Perhaps?  Postpone? Probably.  If AD were in my family, I would do
the obvious things, good diet, a good multivitamin/mineral, etc., with an
emphasis on frequent exercise.  Additionally, I would supplement mainly with
dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and lecithin.
