Do you think it is possible to prevent Alzheimer's disease?

the other day on npr i heard about the results of a major alzheimer's study (on
nuns) coming out recently

didn't catch much of it--did catch that being smart (as measured by complex
speech patterns in this study)  while young is inversely correlated with it

read a book; do a crossword; eat well, exercise; and, of course, if all else
fails, die young

do a web search on alz and nuns--should turn up the study, which should give
some good info
