Dear Sir

I will be highly obliged if any one of you could help me by letting me
know a method for analyzing fragmented proteins in the cell supernatant.
To be more specific my protein of interest gets shedded followed by the
process of fragmentation in the cell supernatant.

I am looking for some method to be able to detect the same in the cell
supernatants.

Looking forward for your kind suggestions.
