This may be the wrong group to ask the question but here goes; Does anyone out there have a reliable protocol for fixing whole mouse brains? Someone mentioned the use of acetone but is this as a post fixative step or what? Do most people use 4% paraformaldehyde as a fixative? Any help or pointer are appreciated. Harry
