"Attack on Colleges' Aid to Minorities Widens", By GREG WINTER

The exclusionary practices that the article addresses are unacceptable.

However, the 'timing' of the Lawsuits involved, coming in the midst of the Supreme Court's consideration of Affirmative Action, is clearly an unscrupulous attempt to displace Affirmative Action through the 'piling-on' of inflamatory action, to 'blur', and negatively-'engineer', folks' perceptions of the Affirmative Action issue.

Obviously, the folks issuing the Law Suits care little about Truth with respect to Affirmative Action, and this should tell anyone all they need to know with respect to their efforts.

Truth is that the descendants of Slavery's forced withholding of all means to attain Education constitutes an Offense against The Constitution of The United States of America which, in it's still-prevalent intergenerationally-handed-down ramifications, persists, still, as an Offense against The Constitution of The United States of America.

America has Existence only to the degree that The Constitution is upheld.
