It is how intellect is motivated, how it is used, that is much more
important than a high IQ alone. That is probably the most important
point we could ever bring up in reference to eugenics because of the
absolute neglect of this angle of approach in nearly all the
literature on mental ability.
Evolution has shaped behavioral constellations into us -- Blacks have
on average longer arm reach, faster reaction times, more physical
strength, thicker skulls, higher fecundity, and much smaller brains
than white Europeans. David Duke's book "My Awakening" talks about
such factors. This constellation of features is a whole survival
package adapted for survival in the harsh social and environmental
conditions of much less civilized pre-European Africa.
