"US loses preliminary WTO ruling on Internet gambling"

Analysis:

Since it stands Verified that "gambling" can have
addictive consequences, there is no way that =any=
'agency', other than a Citizenry, through Democratic
processes, can 'impose' "gambling" upon a Citizenry,
without Destroying Democracy, itself..

This WTO 'ruling' does the equivalent of Forcing a
generalized-availability of addictive substances upon
Citizenries.

It can stand, or Democracy can stand,
but not both.

I ask the WTO to uphold Democracy, rather than
predatory 'profit-seeking'.
