absolute best spatial resolution for MRI

There's an absolutespatial resolution limit of around 5mm for PET as
this is the distance a positron can typically travel before hitting an
electron.
What is the absolute limit of spatial resolution for MRI, and why?

Any web recommendation that doesn't get too deep?
