abnormal sleep EEG. Children with it characteristically have "normal"
language development prior to the onset of siezures, at which time their
language development stops. Apparantly there are drugs (steroids?) that
can boost the development of language.
A parent of a patient gave me this information, but I have thus far not
followed it up. Please let me know if you have further details.
