somewhat more sensitive to such changes than is 'conventional'
histology.
Nevertheless I usually prepare a little more (para)formaldehyde/PBS
than I need actually -and store the remainder in the fridge. From mine
experience it appears that it doesn't deteriorate within the next 2
days (and I just didn't dare to use it after a week... maybe it's still
ok?)
