presynaptic endings of both GABA and glutamate axons. Functionally,
baclofen hyperpolarizes pyramidal cells (and maybe interneurons), and
also inhibits IPSCs and EPSCs through presynaptic actions, as determined
by paired-pulse expts, etc...
