THAT aspect is very old, it's been routine for decades to culture human 
neurons from biopsy samples or even cadaver tissue.  Heck, human neurons 
have been grown from de-differentiated muscle cells in culture (assuming 
you don't subscribe to the view that these results are suspect, which 
has been suggested).
