Sure it's "of use" -- but a discussion of
it requires a lengthy discussion of the
dynamics of "sleeping consciousness",
which you can find by doing a Groups
Google[tm] on that phrase, perhaps
with a hyphen linking the two words.

FWIW, the stuff you describe as
occurring in your dreams occurs
commonly within my routime waking
experience.

I discuss this or that from the work
I've done then, years later, I read,
or hear about, some other person
saying the same-stuff :-]

It's happened thousands of 'times'.

Hurts more every 'time'.
