James H. Schwartz, co-author of Principles of Neural Science, died yesterday of complications associated with his treatment for leukemia. Not just a great scientist, Jimmy was a deep thinker and an esthete with a wry sense of humor. He will be greatly missed, especially by those who were privileged to know him. Kal
