Anyone know who publishes "Nematologica?"

I'm not sure that this is the appropriate place to ask, but is
Nematologica actually published by the European Society for Nematology?
 How much does it cost?  

I am doing my PhD, looking at isolating giant-cell and root specific
promoters to be used in developing "nematode-proof" plants.  Please
