Research Position in China

     Chinese Ph.D. post-doc in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology  wanted for a career position
at the Institute of Parasitic Diseases, Chinese Academy of Preventative Medicine, Shanghai. Top
professional salary and director of a new major program in either snail vectors of helminthic
diseases, with reference to genetic diversity and mechanisms of disease transmission, or
Paragonimus/Schistosoma genetic diversity. No prior experience with snails or parasitology
required as the I.P.D. has experienced persons in parasite biology. These positions are part of a
new highly funded Tropical Medicine Research Center sponsored by the U.S. National Institutes
