parasitic worms

I have been having cramping in my abdominal area for some time. It all
began quite suddenly when I was running one day. It also burns sometimes,
usually when I have an empty stomach. After I eat, I feel tightness and
cramping up in various location. The burning sensation is  hard to
describe, my intestines seem to burn and have this sickly feeling to them.
