Colchicine Concentrations....

Hey all,

    I was just wondering if anyone knew the colchicine concentration
required to arrest mitosis in Schistosoma mansoni. I use an excess
amount right now, so in order to save the colchicine, I would like to
know the correct amount. It probably would be the same amount to arrest
cells in humans, so if anyone knows that too, it would be helpful.
