It's a topic so  broad and deep that it would be impossible to do it justice
here.  A couple of textbooks which will give you some preliminary information
are:
1.  Immunology and Molecular Biology of Parasitic Infections, 3rd ed, 1993, KS
Warren, editor, Blackwell Scientific Publications, Boston

2.  Immunology, 2nd ed, 1989, Roitt, Brostoff and Male, CV Mosby Company, St
Louis.

There certainly is more information out there than these two texts, but this is
