T. vaginalis rRNA Re: T. vaginalis rRNA

The sequence of T. vaginalis small subunit rRNA was published by
Gunderson et al in 1995 (J. Euk. Microbiol. 42(4) 411-415; GenBank
Accession Number U17510) and has a reported length of 1574 nucleotides.
As far as I can tell, a complete large subunit sequence is not available
for any trichomonad although several partial sequences are in the
databases.
