Hardin MD update - Separate Microbiology & Infectious Diseases?

In doing the recent update of the Hardin MD Microbiology & Infectious
Diseases page, it's becoming increasingly clear, with the large number of
superb sites on the page (see list below), that thought should be given to
separating Microbiology & Infectious Diseases into separate pages - How to
do this, though? ... There are several more/less distinct areas covered
here - Microbiology, Infectious diseases, Virology, Parasitology, and
Tropical medicine - How does this sound for a proposed new arrangement - 3
separate pages -

Microbiology and Parasitology
Infectious Diseases and Tropical medicine
Virology and AIDS (We've been planning to expand coverage of AIDS anyway)

Please send me your thoughts, as to how this looks, from your field of
expertise - Does my proposed division sound reasonable? Do you have other
suggestions? Is it better to leave everything on one large page?
