Oh, the hole was in my sock, not my foot or shoe. I have noticed this
same hole in the past occasionally when my neuroma causes the entire
toe end of my foot to get red and throb - I thought I was wearing my
socks out pretty fast.
I will ask my Dr. to test for metal toxicities as well. thanks for
help. sometimes I feel close to death.
