Parasitology meetings database

The access problems encountered with the CPB parasitology meetings
database should now be fixed. For some unknown reason permission had
been switched to Edinburgh university ips only.

Sorry about the problems  but I hope you find the database useful and
please let me know of any meetings that you would like to be included.
