trematode morphology variation within a species

I am looking for a citation on variation of morphology in trematode species.  I believe it is an old one by Stunkard or a recent one by Macko.  They highlight the highly variable morphologies found within a particular species of trematode.
I found a 1999 Folio Para article by Macko et al looking at morpological variations in Stomylotrema spp.
Anyone's memory better than mine?
