Ben,

You would probably be better off starting with a good parasitology text.  I use Foundations of Parasitology by Gerald Schmidt
Roberts and Janovy.  You can probably get it interlibrary loan from your library.  It is very readable.  You can even buy older editions cheap on Amazon.  

There are lots of good parasitology web pages.  I list a number of them on my ZooLinks at url:

However, you really should have done a good google search first.  Otherwise it appears that you don't know how to find stuff on the internet or want others to do basic searching for you.
