I am contacting you about the First Annual
(Collaborative Drug Discovery) CDD Community Meeting
hosted by the Gladstone Institute and QB3 at the UCSF,
Mission Bay Campus in San Francisco , California .
This free event is focused on helping academics do
drug discovery with a special initial emphasis on the
developing world disease research community.
This collaborative forum will be held on Monday, March
5th 2007 from 1:00-6:00 pm on the 1st Floor of the J.
David Gladstone Institute Auditorium. Feel free to
forward this to anyone you know who may be interested
in attending or presenting posters too. Here is the

The collaborative community includes leading experts
on developing world infectious disease research from a
rapidly expanding list of top institutions including
Stanford, UCSF, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UW, SBRI, St. Jude
CRH, U. Penn, Cedar Sinai, Univ. of Cape Town, Univ.
of Sydney, and industry too. Two major themes of this
event are:
1)Public-Private-Partnerships for Global Health Issues
2)Open concepts for Collaborative Drug Discovery on
Infectious Disease Research
