I'm from the World Health Organization, based in Manila, Philippines, and had previously ordered and received in substantial quantities this item for the Malaria Programme in the Philippines.  Our previous supplier was Vestergaard-Frandsen and the Kato-Katz kit came from the office in New Delhi, India.  I am now having difficulty in locating an alternative source as Vestergaard-Frandsen has informed me on this August 2008 that they are not doing any Kat Katz kit at the moment.
