I have an a question regarding bioluminescence (or maybe fluorescence?)
Somebody told that he show a glowing (green?) light in the (tropical)
forest he was visiting. This sounds to me like the bioluminescence that is
seen in phytoplankton in the sea. Does anyone have any idea what it might
be? Maybe some tree algae are responsible?
Any ideas would be welcome. I will try to forward your answers to him and
give you more details if you want.
