Hi, I have been having problems with my southern blots.I am trying to probe for ssu with a ssu cDNA of pea. My plant material is Brassica napus.I restricted 20ug of totoal cellular DNA and transferred to Ammersham's hybond N membranes.I don't know why I don't get any signal at all. can some one help me out there.
