When DCMU is added to whole leaves (aquatic plant) or chloroplasts it inhibits
photosynthesis by interacting at QB, and thus halts non-cyclic photophosphoryla
tion. Is there any evidence (references) to indicate that it also inhibits the
production of ATP via cyclic? I would appreciate any information which indicat
es whether all (or most) ATP production in photosynthesis is halted by DCMU.
Thanks........
