antisera to soluble protein

Dear Plant Community,
	I am looking for an antibody that has been found to react with a
soluble protein in the roots of tomato for western analysis.  I need it as
a control to show cell integrity in my experiments.  Anything reactive to
a protein in the cytoplasm, vacuole or the lumen of the ER would be
preferable.

And if it works, then I can graduate!
