Hello,

nothing seems easier than this.

Put so much icecold (-20=B0C) aceton to your solution that the
aceton-concentration is 80 percent. Leave the probe nearly five minutes
at -20=B0C. After that centrifuge the probe. Remove the acetone. If the
pellet is still green so you can repeat this step.
