I've got a little problem in mixing BG11-medium without NO3(or less NO3). does anybody know how to reach a constant pH? When I add it before the autokl. the pH jumps to nearly 10, when I add it afterwards O don't know how the pH should be without NaNO3. Can you help me? Yvonne Haenscheid,Kaiserslautern
