blue light application

Hello,

I am a Ph.D student at Mississippi State University. I am working on a
project in cottonwood. My question is if somebody knows how to apply blue
light to plants and where to get the necessary equipment (if exixts) from.
You may even refer a publication. All sorts of helps are appreciated.
