According the the "right-wing hate" radio I listen to (Chuck Harder's _For 
the People_, People's Radio Network), this is the disease of wheat 
imported from Mexico and has quarantined all of Arizona'a crop.  That's 
all I know for now, let me check the database and I will let you know if 
I come up with something more substantial.
