need flower induction tip

Hi,

We are looking at incorporating GA and 2,4-D (in addition to grafting
and girdling treatments) for a quick 
flowering induction-type study among sweetpotato plant
introductions. We've looked at old literature and GA and 2,4-D
have been used in the past. We need suggestions on which GA and 2,4-D
types should be purchased. TIA.
