Undergrad physiology lab manual

I am re-designing experiments to use in a 3rd year course on plant
physiology.  The previous lab manual focused mainly on phytochrome and the
experiments were rather outdated.  If possible I would like to include some
basic molecular techniques.  Can anyone suggest a source for some new labs?
