Hi Bob,

I can suggest two books that I picked up years ago:
	The Flower Cookbook, by Adrienne Crowhurst, 1973  - and -
	The Weed Cookbook, also by Adrienne Crowhurst, 1972
Don't know if they're still in print, but both have many recipes with 
various flowers and buds.  The books are about 190pp each.
