Applied genetics course

I have designed a PCR-based RFLP mapping lab for our Genetics course at
CSULB.  We have three sections of 24 students each.  I can provide the
protocols for those of you that are interested.  It takes two weeks of
class time, and uses the CAPS markers.  You will need a PCR machine,
restriction enzymes, and be able to make clean template DNA to make the
lab work.
