Does anyone know the mode of action of the herbicide tebuthiuron? A recent
news story said it was being considered for use in Columbia for eradicating
coca and poppy plantations. From the sound of it it looks to be a cousin
of diuron or monuron. I would like to mention it in my Plant Physiology
class--sort of a "plants-and-you" angle, don't you know.
TIA
