Aquatic Hoaglund's Solution

I am planning a series of experiments investigating the impact of
different nutrient levels on growth rates and competition for several
species of duckweeds.

I am looking for a recipe(s) that would allow me to tru different
levels of P and N.  I've worked with a complete aquatic Hoaglund's
before but it is not clear from the recipe I have how best to vary
nutrient levels.
