2 names, same newsgroup/listserv??

I sent my merger msg to bionet.plants.education to see it pop up on my (and
everyone else's) email referenced as emailed to:plant-ed at net.bio.net.  Are
these 2 newsgroups/listservs the same?	If so, I apologize for sending the
merger msg again.
