Rhodedenrun Propigation

I am going to try to propigate rhodedenruns for my back yard.  I am a novice
gardener and need some assistance.  How and where do I cut the adult?  How many
cuttings can I take from a plant (depending on size)?  Do I have to use a Root
stimulator?  How long do I have to wait before I propigate off from the
children plants?  

I need about 60 rhodes and just would like to see if I can do it.
