Response to Light

	Just adding to the comments made by Jonathan B. Marder with
respect to plant response to low light. The Nov 20 issue of Science has a
great article by Somers et al showing that one of the five phytochromes
found in Arabidopsis can produce changes in photoperiod with red light
exposures considerably lower than 1 micromole m-1s-1. Talk about your low
light response!
